Generate Document from a Template

Using the Templates tab, you can edit your PDF Template, generate a PDF document from it, share it as a fillable form or or send it out for signing.

In the Templates tab, select your template and click Generate Document to prefill it with data from the selected Dynamics 365 object record.

The fillable fields of the opened document will now contain information from the linked fields of the Dynamics 365 object record.

To save the prefilled document, click Done in the upper right corner.
